You can return merchandise within 10 days for a full refund.

You must call or e-mail our office for a return authorization number.

Merchandise must be in original packaging, new condition and with a copy of the invoice. All returns are permitted within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions above are met.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.

Any returns after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued as a credit to your account for future merchandise.
